Sorry we didn't put up any details! She was born 7/4/07 at 6:46pm, a July 4th baby. Everyone has been saying that while she is still little to tell her the fireworks are for her. Which is cute. She weighed 5lbs 9oz. We went to the hospital Tuesday at 6am. They tried to induce labor but it didn't take. So we stayed the night and we tried again in the morning. They broke my water around 8:30am and started me on pitocin to start contractions. I got to 5cm with some mild pain medication to take the edge off. The pain was so horrible, I couldn't do it anymore so I got an epidural. After the epidural kicked in, we took a nap. When I woke up, I was dilated to 10cm and ready to push. The pushing only took about 20 minutes working with the contractions and she was out. After the long 9 months, we finally got to see her beautiful face.
